Designed to encourage students to commence this year with a greater sense of purpose. It is hoped that this will enable them to begin to develop a more independent approach to their studies and a better understanding of what they are doing and where it could lead.
Stepping Up – a year 11 workshop (pdf - 1Mb).
Designed to encourage students to see year 11 as having a value all of its own. As students set realistic goals for their future, they will be able to focus more closely on developing the skills to support these.
VCE Essentials - year 11 study basics package (pdf - 375 kb).
Designed to encourage year 11 students to see the value of establishing effective, efficient and sustainable study techniques. Students are asked to reflect on the nature of ‘study’ and the effectiveness of their current strategies as they take control of and develop an independent approach to their own learning.
