Uni can seem like a completely different world, but it does have some similarities to school. Think of uni as a progression of your education– and not the last step, either. Uni will give you an opportunity to build on your strengths and focus on what you’re really interested in.
Uni isn’t an entirely foreign place. You will still be a student member of an educational institution, and you might even identify more as a student, since you’ll be a student by your own choice. You’ll develop new friendships and maybe keep old ones from school. Many people stay friends with people they met at uni.
